AJ Long Bio:
Born in Bethlehem PA. AJ had a successful high school career in both Pennsylvania and Tennessee. He was a 2 time Max Preps All American. He led his high school in Tennessee to a state title and was named a finalist for Mr. Football.
As a top QB prospect in the Class of 2014, he garnered over 30 Division 1 scholarship offers before ultimately enrolling at Syracuse. While at Syracuse, AJ played as a true freshman and earned ACC rookie of the week honors and set several school records.
AJ subsequently transferred to West Chester University, where he continued to amass honors and school records, including leading West Chester to its first outright PSAC Championship in school history.
AJ finished his high school and college career with 17,246 total yards and 221 total touchdowns. In 2019, AJ started Diamond Athletics & Dime City Quarterback Training to develop the next generation of quarterbacks.
AJ works with a youth through collegiate-level QBs providing position specific mental and mechanical training on and off the field.
